Frequently Asked Questions

How do I connect my Oura Ring?

Go to Settings → Wearables → Oura Ring → Connect. You'll be redirected to Oura's secure login page. After authorizing Corio, your daily readiness, sleep, HRV, and stress data will sync automatically.

How do I connect WHOOP?

Go to Settings → Wearables → WHOOP → Connect. Sign in with your WHOOP account to grant Corio read access to your recovery, strain, and sleep data.

How do I delete my account?

Open Corio → You tab → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This immediately deletes all your data from our servers. There is no recovery — backup any data you want to keep before deleting.

The app shows "no data" — what should I do?

Try these steps in order:

  1. Make sure HealthKit permissions are granted: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Corio — turn on all categories.
  2. If you connected Oura or WHOOP, pull-to-refresh on the Home tab to force a sync.
  3. Check your internet connection — Corio needs network access to sync wearable data.
  4. Sign out and sign back in (Settings → Account → Sign Out).
  5. If still not working, email us with your account email and a description of the issue.

Where is my data stored?

Your account data lives on Supabase servers in the EU (London region), encrypted at rest. Health data on your iPhone is governed by Apple HealthKit and never leaves your device unencrypted. Authentication tokens (Oura, WHOOP) are stored in iOS Keychain, protected by Secure Enclave.

See our Privacy Policy for details.

I forgot my password

On the Sign In screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a reset link from noreply@mail.app.supabase.io.

Corio crashed — how do I report it?

Email us with the time of the crash and what you were doing right before it happened. Including your iPhone model and iOS version helps us debug faster.

If you're a TestFlight beta tester, you can also report crashes by taking a screenshot during the crash — TestFlight will offer to send it to us automatically.

How do I export my running data?

Email us at evgeniymarendich@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with subject [Data Export]. We'll send you a JSON file with all your runs, settings, and synced wearable data within 30 days.

We're working on an in-app export feature for a future release.

Is Corio a medical device?

No. Corio is a fitness and recovery tracking tool for general informational purposes only. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your training or if you experience any concerning symptoms during exercise.
